RESOLUTION 21-060
AUTHORIZING AND AFFIRMING STAFF'S APPLICATION TO RECEIVE AMERICAN
RESCUE PLAN ACT FUNDING TO NON -ENTITLEMENT UNITS OF LOCAL
GOVERNMENTS
WHEREAS, The City is eligible to receive funds through the American Rescue Plan Act.
WHEREAS, An application is required to be submitted to the Minnesota Management and Budget
to receive the funds.
WHEREAS, The application process requires both an authorized representative contact and
primary contact person.
WHEREAS, Charlie Yunker, City Manager being the appropriate staff member for the position of
authorized representative, with Ka Vue, Assistant to the Finance Director being the primary contact
person.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Charlie Yunker and Ka Vue are authorized to act in the
roles described in the submission of the City of Saint Anthony Village's application to receive
American Rescue Plan Act Funding to non- entitlement units of local governments
