A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2021-03
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance concerning
accessory buildings requirements, definitions and uses; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2021-03.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2021-03 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.
SUMMARY PUBLICATION
Ordinance 2021-03
An Ordinance Amending Chapter 152 as it relates to R-4 Multiple family zoning district.
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2021-03 on August 10, 2021, amending
multiple sections of Chapter 152 related to R-4 Multiple Family Zoning District.
The intent of this modification is to create a zoning district for multiple family development that is consistent
with the Comprehensive Plan in terns of density, allows for more contemporary building size and scope, and
identifies a series of baseline performance standards and expectations for any new such development.

Anthony, MN 55418.
