RESOLUTION 21-063
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2022 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 11, 2021, a report was prepared by
WSB with reference to the improvement of:
Street & Utility Reconstruction
• Rankin Road from 331 Avenue NE to 315' Avenue NE
Mill and Overlay
• Crestview Drive from 31" Avenue NE to 29' Avenue NE
• Armour Terrace from Silver Lake Road to Crestview
• Bell Lane from Armour Terrace to Crestview Drive
• East Gate Road from Crestview Drive to Rankin Road
• Coolidge Street Alley from Murray Avenue to 29th Avenue NE
• Murray Avenue/St. Anthony Boulevard Alley from Wilson Street to Coolidge
Street
• 29th Avenue NE/St. Anthony Boulevard Alley bounded by 29th Avenue NE
• Roosevelt Street Alley bounded by St. Anthony Boulevard and Stinson
Boulevard
WHEREAS, the feasibility report recommends the following street and utility improvements in 2022:
Street & Utility Reconstruction
• Rankin Road from 331 Avenue NE to 31" Avenue NE
Mill and Overlay
• Crestview Drive from 31" Avenue NE to 291 Avenue NE
• Armour Terrace from Silver Lake Road to Crestview
• Bell Lane from Armour Terrace to Crestview Drive
• East Gate Road from Crestview Drive to Rankin Road
• Coolidge Street Alley from Murray Avenue to 29th Avenue NE
• Murray Avenue/St. Anthony Boulevard Alley from Wilson Street to Coolidge
Street
• 29th Avenue NE/St. Anthony Boulevard Alley bounded by 29th Avenue NE
• Roosevelt Street Alley bounded by St. Anthony Boulevard and Stinson
Boulevard
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost
effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:

1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report at an
estimated total cost of improvement at approximately $2,293,600.
2) WSB is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans for
making such improvement.
