A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2021-04
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance concerning
amending the zoning ordinance by establishing the Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2021-04.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2021-04 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

Ordinance 2021-04
An Ordinance Amending Chapter 152 as it relates to establishing the Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay
District.
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2021-04 on October 26, 2021, amending
Chapter 152 related to establishing the Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District.
The intent of this modification is to establish to Kenzie Terrace PUD Overlay District to provide for the
development of certain real estate subject to the Overlay District for commercial and high -density residential
land uses and rezoning certain parcels. The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City
Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony, MN 55418.
Adopted this 26`s day of October, 2021.
