RESOLUTION 21-089
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REDPATH AND COMPANY AS THE
CITY AUDITOR FOR AUDITING YEARS 2021, 2022 AND 2023 AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUCH ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT
WHEREAS, in 2018, the City of St. Anthony entered into a three-year engagement contract
with Redpath and Company, LTD for auditing services which was valid through
December 31, 2020; and
WHEREAS, Redpath and Company, LTD has proposed a three-year engagement period
with an increase in cost of 2.5% or $1,400 for 2021, 3.5% or $2,000 for 2022; and
3.4% or $2,000 for 2023.
WHEREAS, The engagement contract received from Redpath and Company, LTD for 2021,
2022 and 2023 reflects the adjustment in costs noted above.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves Redpath
and Company, LTD to perform the services and role of the City Auditor for calendar years 2021,
2022 and 2023 and Authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Such Contract.
