RESOLUTION 21-091
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HENNEPIN COUNTY
RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING SCORE GRANT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, Hennepin County distributes 100% of its SCORE funds to participating and eligible
cities; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will dedicate funds for curbside recycling and curbside organics
recycling,; and
WHEREAS, the funds are used for the City's waste reduction and recycling capital and operating
expenses; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County and the City of St. Anthony entered into a four-year Residential
Recycling Grant Agreement that is set to expire December 31, 2021; and
WHEREAS, The Hennepin County Board has adopted a funding policy to continue to fund cities
within Hennepin County for the contract period of January 1, 2022 through
December 31, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the Residential Recycling Grant Agreement expiring on December 31, 2025.
Adopted this 14th day of December, 2021.
