RESOLUTION 21-092
A RESOLUTION APPROVING STORMWATER FACILITIES MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT AND RESTRICTIVE COVENANT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE,
LLC dba URBAN GROVE AND THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE
WHEREAS, The Village LLC, dba Urban Grove, owner of fee title or a substantial
beneficial interest in certain real property commonly described as 2501
Lowry Ave NE in the City of St. Anthony, Hennepin County, Minnesota
and legally described in Exhibit A of the Maintenance Agreement,
WHEREAS, Urban Grove shall be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the
Drainage Swale at minimum, on an annual basis and provide the St.
Anthony City Engineer a letter by September 1 each year stating that
inspection and maintenance have been completed
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village hereby approves the Stormwater Facilities Maintenance Agreement and
Restrictive Covenant.
Adopted this 14th day of December, 2021.
