RESOLUTION 21-095
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SOFTWARE LICENSE AND SERVICE
AGREEMENT FOR THE POLICE RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village agrees to partner with CentralSquare
Technologies LLC; in providing software, hardware and services for police
records management;
WHEREAS, the City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement between CentralSquare
Technologies and the City of St. Anthony for police records management on
behalf of the City of St. Anthony.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony
Village hereby approves the agreement between CentralSquare Technologies LLC and the City
of St. Anthony Village and authorizes the City Manager to execute that contract.
