RESOLUTION 22-020
A RESOLUTION REESTABLISHING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES
WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute section 204B.14, subd. 3 (d) requires that precinct boundaries must be
reestablished within 60 days of when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 weeks
before the state primary election, whichever comes first;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City of St. Anthony, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota hereby reestablishes the boundaries of the voting precincts and polling places as follows:
Hennepin County Precinct 1 (Autumn Woods, 2600 Kenzie Terrace)
That portion of the City commencing at the intersection of Stinson Boulevard and 31 st Avenue N.E.,
thence east on 31st Avenue N.E. to the intersection of U.S. Highway 8 and 31st Avenue N.E., thence
northeast on U.S. Highway 8 to the intersection of Old Highway 8 and Highcrest Road, thence south
crossing Highway 88, Anthony Lane N.E., County Road C, and Gross Golf Course to approximately
Highway 280, thence west, crossing St. Anthony Boulevard, through Sunset Memorial Cemetery,
thence north to Lowry Avenue N.E., thence west on Lowry Avenue N.E. to the intersection of
Lowry Avenue N.E. and Stinson Boulevard N.E., thence north on Stinson Boulevard to 31 st Avenue
N.E.; and
Hennepin County Precinct 2 (St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road)
That portion of the City commencing at the intersection of Stinson Boulevard N.E. and 31 st Avenue
N.E., north on Stinson Boulevard N.E. to the intersection of 37th Avenue N.E., thence east on 37th
Avenue N.E. to the intersection of 37th Avenue N.E. and Highcrest Road, thence south on Highcrest
Road to the intersection of Highcrest Road and Old Highway 8, thence southwest on Old Highway 8
to 31 st Avenue N.E., thence west on 31 st Avenue N.E. to the intersection of 31 st Avenue N.E. and
Stinson Boulevard N.E.; and
Ramsey County Precinct 1 (Landings at Silver Lake Village, 2551 38a' Avenue)
That portion of the City commencing at the intersection of Stinson Boulevard and County Road E,
east on County Road E to the intersection of County Road E and Silver Lake Road, south on Silver
Lake Road to the intersection of Silver Lake Road and Silver Lane, east on Silver Lane to the
intersection of Silver Lane and Highcrest Road, south on Highcrest Road to the intersection of
Highcrest Road and 37th Avenue N.E., west on 37th Avenue N.E. to the intersection of 37th Avenue
N.E. and Stinson Boulevard, thence north on Stinson Boulevard to the intersection of Stinson
Boulevard and County Road E.
