RESOLUTION 22-055
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE RELEASE OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
SOLID WASTE AND RECYCLING COLLECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the current organized collection contract for Solid Waste and Recycling services expires
April 1, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined to proceed with a single hauler for Solid Waste and Recycling
services for the City of St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared the Request for Proposals (RFP) and Contract for release on July 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The Council approves the release of the Request for Proposals for a single hauler solid waste and
recycling collection services.
Adopted this 28' day of June, 2022.
