HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
JULY 26, 2022
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 8:22 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Walker, and Webster.
Absent: Commissioner Randle.
Also Present: Executive Director Charlie Yunker.
I. APPROVAL OF JULY 26, 2022 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the July 26,
2022 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 4-0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of June 14, 2022.
B. Claims.
Motion by Commissioner Walker, seconded by Commissioner Webster, to approve the Consent
Agenda as presented.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE.
IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. — NONE.
V. STAFF REPORTS — NONE.
