RESOLUTION 22-074
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE GRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE AND THE
RAMSEY COUNTY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUNDS PROGRAM
WHEREAS, St. Anthony Village has applied to Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a grant
in an amount not to exceed Forty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($40,000.00), the proceeds of which
are to be used to cant' out activities pursuant to the eligibility requirements of the Ramsey County
Environmental Response Fund program for remediation activities at the 3803 Stinson Boulevard site
in the City of St. Anthony Village; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority has agreed to make the grant on terms as set
forth in the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
1. The City Council agrees to accept and approve the Grant Agreement between the City of St.
Anthony Village and the Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment; and
2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute said Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of St. Anthony Village.
