RESOLUTION 22-078
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE KENZIE TERRACE APARTMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village approves the Kenzie Terrace Apartments
project, for which an Environmental Response Fund grant application is being
submitted to the Hennepin County Environment and Energy Department; and
WHEREAS, the grant funds received will be used for environmental remediation related to the
Kenzie Terrace Apartment project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony
Village hereby approves the Kenzie Terrace Apartment clean up project, for which an
Environmental Response Fund grant application submitted to the Hennepin County Environment
and Energy Department.
Adopted this 8`h day of November 2022.
