18 Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the August 23,
19 2022 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.

39 Executive Director Charlie Yunker updated the HRA on the Minnesota Pollution Control
40 Agency (PCA) letter dated August 15, 2022 relating to the petroleum tank release liability at
41 Kenzie Terrace.
