HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING

CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 8:25 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster.
Absent: None
Also Present: Assistant to the City Manager Nicole Miller
I. APPROVAL OF MARCH 28, 2023 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the March28,
2023 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 5-0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 28, 2023.
B. Claims.
Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent
Agenda as presented.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE.
