RESOLUTION 23-030
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE CITY PLANNER
WHEREAS, the current city's planning consultant, Northwest Associated Consultants (NAC),
is re -ordering it's work and company agreements; AND
WHEREAS, the City's current Planner with NAC, Steve Grittman, has exited NAC and
established Grittman Consulting, LLC; AND
WHEREAS, the City has received an agreement from Grittman Consulting, LLC to provide
professional technical planning, zoning, and development assistance services;
AND
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony
Village hereby approves the agreement with Grittman Consulting, LLC to provide professional
technical planning, zoning, and development assistance poices.
