A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE
2024 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement:

• Edward Street from 34' Avenue NE to 35' Avenue NE
• Harding Street from 341 Avenue NE to 361 Avenue NE

WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The proposed improvement be referred to WSB for study and that they are instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
