RESOLUTION 23-038
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A NEW PLAN COORDINATOR FOR THE 457
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN WITH MISSION SQUARE
WHEREAS, our Managed Account Services Agreement with Mission Square requires a
designated Plan Coordinator for the fiduciary responsibilities of the plan; AND
WHEREAS, the City has identified Deborah Maloney, Finance Director, to fill the role of Plan
Coordinator.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves
Deborah Maloney as the new Plan Coordinator for the city's 457 Deferred Compensation Plan with
Mission Square.
Adopted this 25th day of July, 2023.

RESOLUTION 23-039
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF CENTRAL PARK FOR A SPECIAL EVENT
ON AUGUST 4 & 5, 2023
WHEREAS, Julianne Hunter has submitted a special event permit to use city property to host
VillageFest on August 4 & 5, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested access for event set up on August 4, 2023 as well as
clean up on August 6, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the event will include live bands with amplified sound, alcohol, food trucks,
bouncies, a petting zoo, bingo, silent auction and fireworks.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village approves
the request from Julianne Hunter to host VillageFest on August 4 and August 5, 2023 at Central
Park.
Adopted this 25th day of Jam, 2023.
