A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR INTERIM ORDINANCE 2023-04
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced interim ordinance
concerning a moratorium on the use of any land, acceptance of applications, or the issuance of any city permits,
for the sale, manufacture, or distribution of any cannabis products regulated under MINN. STAT. §342 and/or
Minnesota session laws 2023, Chapter 63; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2023-05
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Interim Ordinance 2023-05 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

Regulated Under MINN. Stat. §342 and/or Minnesota Session Laws 2023, Chapter 63
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted interim Ordinance 2023-05 on August 8, 2023, regarding
the sale, manufacturing or distribution of cannabis products within the city.
The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St.
Anthony, MN 55418.
