RESOLUTION 23-041
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH RAMSEY COUNTY TO PROVIDE
FIVE BENCHES TO THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village applied for a Be Active! Be Green! Bench grant through
Ramsey County; and
WHEREAS, the county will provide 5 benches to be placed in areas designated by the city; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony agrees to maintain benches and adhere to the conditions of the
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the council authorizes staff to execute the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the St. Anthony Village city council approves the agreement
with Ramsey County to provide five benches with the Be Active! Be Green! Grant and authorizes staff to
execute the agreement.
