HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING

CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 7:58 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Randle, and Walker.
Absent: Commissioner Walker
Also Present: Executive Director Charlie Yunker
I. APPROVAL OF JULY 25, 2023 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Randle, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the July 25,
2023 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 4-0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of June 27, 2023.
B. Claims.
Motion by Commissioner Walker, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent
Agenda as presented.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE.
