HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
SEPTEMBER 12, 2023
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Stille called the meeting to order at 7:54 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Stille, Commissioners Jenson, Randle, Walker and Webster.
Absent: None
Also Present: Executive Director Charlie Yunker
I. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 12, 2023 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Walker, to approve the September
12, 2023 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
II. CONSENT AGENDA. Motion carried 5-0.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of August 22 2023
B. Claims.
Motion by Commissioner Webster, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the Consent
Agenda as presented.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS —NONE. Motion carried 5-0.
IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. —NONE
V. STAFF REPORTS — NONE.
