A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2023-06
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has adopted the above referenced ordinance
concerning amending the St. Anthony City Code Title XI, Section I I I Relating to Regulation of Smoking in
Public Spaces; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the
intent of Ordinance 2023-06
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Interim Ordinance 2023-06 shall
be published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

Ordinance 2023-06
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted interim Ordinance 2023-06 on November 28, 2023,
amending the St. Anthony City Code by Amending Title XI, Section I I I Relating to the Regulation of Smoking
in Public Places.
The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St.
Anthony, MN 55418.
Adopted this 28th day of November, 2023.
