RESOLUTION 23-073
A RESOLUTION ADDING MISSED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE 2022 STREET AND
UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS TO THE TAX ROLLS BEGINNING 2024
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony sends the counties assessment rolls by November 301
each year to be assessed to the property tax record the following year; and
WHEREAS, after sending over the 2022 Street and Improvement Assessment roll on
November 30, 2022, staff recognized 10 properties from the Mill and Overlay
project (Resolution 22-038) had been left off the final roll; and
WHEREAS, In January 2023, the property owners were contacted and told the assessment
would now begin in 2024 for the same terms as originally adopted in Resolution
22-038;and
WHEREAS, the attached list contains the properties from the 2022 Street and Utility project
that were missed for the 2023 tax rolls, that will now be sent over for assessment
beginning in 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony
Village hereby adds the attached list of properties to the 2024 assessment roll with the original
terms as specified in Resolution 22-038.
