A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID
FOR THE WELL NO.4 REHABHdTATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above -
referenced project, quotes were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the
following quotes were received complying with the request:

WHEREAS, it appears that Keys Well Drilling Company of St. Paul, MN the lowest responsible
bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with Keys Well Drilling Company in the base bid amount of $98,830.00, and as
determined necessary upon inspection, Alternate No.1 in the amount of $13,000, and
Alternate No. 2 in the amount of $83,000, in the name of the City of St. Anthony Village,
Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project according to the
plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council and on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
Adopted this 121 day of December, 2023.
