RESOLUTION 24-013
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BEER/WINE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR LA VILLITA
AT 2510 KENZIE TERRACE.
WHEREAS, the applicant's filed a completed application for a Beer/Wine Liquor License
for 2510 Kenzie Terrace on January 9, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the new applicant, La Villita, will provide food and beverage service at La
Villita restaurant and anticipate opening as soon as possible; and
WHEREAS, Staff recommends approval of a 3.2 On Sale Malt Liquor License for La
Villata at 2510 Kenzie Terrace.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village hereby approves a 3.2 On Sale Malt Liquor License for La Villita located at
2510 Kenzie Terrace.
Adopted this 23'd day January, 2024.
