A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
FOR THE 2024 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village, a report has
been prepared with reference to the improvements:
Mill and Overlay
• Roosevelt Street Northeast from 37' Avenue Northeast to 34' Avenue Northeast
• Edward Street Northeast from 351h Avenue Northeast to 341 Avenue Northeast
• Harding Street Northeast from 36" Avenue Northeast to 34' Avenue Northeast
• 351s Avenue Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Harding Street Northeast
• 341 Street Northeast from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road
• Roosevelt Court from 33' Avenue Northeast to the cul-de-sac
• Belden Drive from 341 Avenue Northeast to 331 Avenue Northeast
• Roosevelt Street Northeast from 33`d Avenue Northeast to 31" Avenue Northeast
• Edward Street Northeast from 33' Avenue Northeast to 31"Avenue Northeast
• Wilson Street Northeast from 32"d Avenue Northeast to 301 Avenue Northeast
• Belden Drive from 33rd Avenue Northeast to 32nd Avenue Northeast
• Harding Street Northeast from 31"Avenue Northeast to 30' Avenue Northeast
• Hilldale Avenue Northeast from Belden Drive to Silver Lake Road

Miscellaneous Construction
• Salo Park
o Remove and replace cracked concrete
• Silver Point Park
o Mill and overlay parking lot
o Remove and replace basketball court
o Reclaim and pave trail
o Remove and replace cracked concrete
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
1.) The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in accordance with the report
and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of $2,361,900.
2.) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 231 day of April 2024, in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
3.) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed improvements to
be published twice in the official newspaper at least one week apart and at least three days prior to
the hearing.
