RESOLUTION 24-037
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF THE
ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF OFFICE SPACE
WHEREAS, The Fire Chief requested quotes from four contractors to construct office space in the current
Fire Department building to provide office space for the Assistant Fire Chief, and
WHEREAS, Three contractors responded with the following quotes, and
Contractor Total Ouote
Total Construction Solutions $31,695.00
Rehabbers Choice LLC $26,500.00
RAK Construction, Inc. $26,784.00
WHEREAS, after reviewing the project details and bids, RAK Construction, hie of East Bethel, MN
provides the best value for the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that
the Fire Chief is hereby approved to enter into a contract with RAK Construction, hie. in the amount of
$26,784.00 outlined in the above referenced project.
