RESOLUTION 24-040
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF
FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE
2025 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the following locations are proposed for improvement:
Street & Utility Reconstruction
• Macalaster Drive from 39" Ave to Railroad
Mill and Overlay
• 39th Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road
• 30" Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road
• Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street NE to Silver Lake Road
• Murray Avenue from Roosevelt Street NE Coolidge Street NE
• 29" Avenue NE from Silver Lake Road to Highway 88
• Roosevelt Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30' Avenue NE
• Wilson Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 301 Avenue NE
• Coolidge Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 29' Avenue NE
• Anthony Lane N from 291 Avenue NE to Cul-de-sac
Repave Trail and Basketball Court (Optional Bid)
• Central Park
WHEREAS, a portion of the cost of the improvements are to be assessed to the benefited properties,
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
The proposed improvement be referred to W SB for study and that they are instructed to report to the
Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed
improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommended.
Adopted this 11's day of June 2024.
