RESOLUTION 24-042
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A QUOTE
FOR THE HIGHCREST ROAD STORM SEWER REPAIR
WHEREAS, Pursuant to a request for quotes for the removal and replacement of the existing storm sewer
culvert between Highcrest Road and Mirror Lake, quotes were received, opened and
tabulated according to law, and the following quotes were received complying with the
request:
Contractor Total Quote
Bituminous Roadways, Inc. $64,215.00
Northwest Asphalt, hic. $71,730.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Bituminous Roadways, Inc. of Mendota Heights, Minnesota is the lowest
responsible quote,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that:
1.) The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Bituminous Roadways, Inc. in the amount of $64,215.00 in the name of the City of St. Anthony
Village, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above -referenced project.
Adopted this 25th day of June, 2024.
