HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
February 26, 2024
CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Webster called the meeting to order at 8:08 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Webster, Commissioners Doolan, Jenson, Randle, and Stephens.
Absent: None
Also Present: Executive Director Charlie Yunker
I. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 26, 2024 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Stephens, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the February
26, 2024 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 5-0.
II. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of January 23, 2024.
B. Claims.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Doolan, to approve the Consent
Agenda as presented.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS — NONE.
IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. - NONE
V. STAFF REPORTS — NONE.
