RESOLUTION 24-052
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2019 CONTRACT
AGREEMENT FOR POLICE SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village (St. Anthony) and the City of Lauderdale
(Lauderdale) entered into a contractual agreement whereby the City of St.
Anthony Village agreed to provide police services to the City of Lauderdale for
the period 2019 through 2024; and
WHEREAS the Agreement expires on December 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to extend the 2019-2024 Agreement for one year under the same
terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
Village hereby approves the amended contract agreement for police services with the City of
Lauderdale through December 31, 2025 and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute
said agreement.
