A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2024-06
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has enacted the above referenced ordinance concerning
the recodification of the City Code and;
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and summary in the
case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or charts; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the public of the intent
of Ordinance 2024-06.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: the following summary of Ordinance 2024-06 shall be
published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

An Ordinance Amending Section 154.141 of the St. Anthony Village City Code
Related to Permitted Uses in the L-I, Light Industrial District
The City Council of the City of St. Anthony adopted Ordinance 2024-06 on November 12, 2024, amending
Section 154.141 of the St. Anthony City Code relating to Permitted Uses in the L-I, Light Industrial District.
The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, St. Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver Lake Road, St.
Anthony, MN 55418.
Adopted this 12t' day of November, 2024.
