RESOLUTION 25-027
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) WITH
XCEL ENERGY FOR THE PARTNERS IN ENERGY IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village adopted an Energy Action Plan on April 8, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Xcel Energy supports the City of Saint Anthony in achieving the goals set in the Energy
Action Plan; and
WHEREAS, an MOU was created that outlines how the City of Saint Anthony Village and Xcel
Energy will continue to work together to implement the Energy Action Plan over the next
eighteen (18) months.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of St. Anthony Village approves the
memorandum of understanding with Xcel Energy for the Partners in Energy
Implementation Plan and also authorizes the City Manager to sign the agreement on
behalf of the City of Saint Anthony Village.
