Five bids were received. The bids were checked for mathematical accuracy and tabulated. Per CY $9.96 $14.00 $24.35 $14.00 $40.00 SAINT ANTHONY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY HENNEPIN COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA HRA RESOLUTION 25-05 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT FOR THE REMOVAL OF UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS AND SITE CLEANUP AT 3803 STINSON BOULEVARD (FORMER BEAR STOP FILLING STATION) WHEREAS,the City of St. Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Board approved the preparation of bid documents, to solicit bids and provide management to facilitate the underground storage tank (UST) system removal at 3803 Stinson Boulevard at the December 10, 2024 HRA meeting; and WHEREAS,five (5) bids were received for the tank removal project; and WHEREAS,Rachel Contracting, LLC (Rachel) submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $59,100.00; and; WHEREAS,WSB will continue to provide management to facilitate the tank removal by providing UST system removal oversight, soil sampling, documentation, providing management of contaminated soil disposal, MPCA coordination and the Petrofund reimbursement application; and WHEREAS,Staff is given the authorization to sign the agreement on behalf of the Saint Anthony Village Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board (the “Board”) of the St. Anthony Housing & Redevelopment Authority (the “HRA”) that it: 1)Approves the contract with Rachel Contracting, LLC to provide environmental oversight and management to facilitate the underground storage tank (UST) system removal at the former Bear Stop filling station at 3803 Stinson Boulevard in Saint Anthony Village, Minnesota; and 2)Approves WSB to continue to provide management to facilitate the tank removal; and 3)Authorizes staff to sign on behalf of the HRA Board.
