HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
February 11, 2025
I. CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Webster called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Webster, Commissioners Doolan, Elnagdy, and Jenson.
Absent: Commissioner Randle
Also Present: Executive Director Charlie Yunker.
III. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 11, 2025 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Doolan, to approve the February
11, 2025 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 4-0.
IV. CONSENT AGENDA.

B. Claims
C. Resolution 25-01 — Designatinm Wendy Webster as Chair for the St. Anthony Villa e
Housing and Redevelo ment Authority for 2025.

Motion by Commissioner Doolan, seconded by Commissioner Elnagdy, to approve the Consent
Agenda as presented.
Motion carried 4-0.
