RESOLUTION 25-036
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TIBYAN COMMUNITY CENTER PROJECT AT 2401
LOWRY AVENUE NE, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS AS SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICABLE
RESOLUTION FOR SAID PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village approves the Tibyan Community Center
project, subject to the conditions stated in City Council Resolution 25-036 for
which an Environmental Response Fund grant application is being submitted to
the Hennepin County Environment and Energy Department; and
WHEREAS, the grant funds received will be used for environmental remediation related to the
Tibyan Community Center project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village
that the City Council hereby approves the Tibyan Community Center clean-up project, for which an
Environmental Response Fund grant application is being submitted to the Hennepin County Environment
and Energy Department.
