RESOLUTION 25-030
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH OERTEL ARCHITECTS FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECTS
AT THE MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORES AND PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
WHEREAS, the roofs at the municipal liquor stores and public works building are deteriorating and
are in need of repair, and;
WHEREAS, Oertel Architects has submitted a project management areement for managing the roof
replacement projects, and:
WHEREAS, council authorizes city staff to enter into the agreement and sign on the City's behalf.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Anthony Village that the council
approves the project management agreement with Oertel Architects for the roof replacements at the
municipal liquor stores and public works facility.
