ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 10, 2025 <br />I. CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Jenson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Pro Tem Jenson invited the Council and audience to join her in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />III. ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Pro Tem Jenson, Councilmembers Doolan, Elnagdy, and Randle. <br />Absent: Mayor Webster <br />Also Present: City Manager Charlie Yunker and Ehlers Associates Senior Municipal Advisor Stacie <br />Kvilvang. <br />Others Present: None <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE <br />FOLLOWING ITEMS. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF JUNE 10, 2025 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Doolan, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of June 10, 2025, as presented. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />V. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS - NONE. <br />VI. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Approve May 13 2025 Council Meeting Minutes. <br />B. License and Permits. <br />C. Claims. <br />D. Resolution 25-040 — Accepting Plans and Specifications and Ordering the Advertisement <br />for Bids for the Roof Replacement Protects at the Municipal Liquor Stores and Public <br />Works Facility. <br />E. Resolution 25-041 — Approving the Off -Site Gambling License on Au ust 2 2025 for <br />the Minnea olis Northeast Lions Club. Located at 3503 Silver Lake Road. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elnagdy, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Jenson, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda items. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />
