CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-046 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FOR THE PURCHASE OF CLEARGOV BUDGET <br />SOFTWARE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Saint Anthony Village is committed to improving the efficiency, <br />accuracy, and transparency of its budgeting and financial planning processes; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and evaluated various software solutions to support the <br />development and management of operating, personnel, and capital budgets; and <br />WHEREAS, C1earGov has been identified as the most suitable solution due to its user-friendly <br />interface, robust forecasting tools, seamless integration with existing systems, and <br />a public -facing transparency portal; and <br />WHEREAS, the purchase of C1earGov will support city staff in preparing budgets more <br />efficiently and collaboratively, while enhancing public understanding of how <br />resources are allocated; and <br />WHEREAS, the total cost for implementation, training, and the first year of C1earGov software <br />service is $12,562.50, with annual recurring costs estimated at $15,125. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota approves the purchase of ClearGov budgeting software, including related <br />implementation and training services, at a cost of $12,562.50 and The Finance Director is <br />authorized to execute any necessary agreements with C1earGov and to take all steps necessary to <br />complete the purchase and implementation. <br />Approved this a q4l- day of d Vm- , 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />City erk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wendy Webster, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
