RESOLUTION 25-051
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF CENTRAL PARK FOR A SPECIAL
EVENT ON AUGUST 1 & 2, 2025
WHEREAS, Julianne Hunter has submitted a special event permit to use city property to host
VillageFest on August 1 & 2, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested access for event set up on August 1, 2025 as well as
clean up on August 3, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the event will include live bands with amplified sound, alcohol, food trucks,
bouncies, a petting zoo, bingo, silent auction and fireworks.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota approves
