RESOLUTION 25-054
A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE ROOF REPLACEMENT AT THE
MUNICIPAL LIQUOR STORES AND PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY
WHEREAS, the Saint Anthony Village City Council has formally approved the construction
documents and authorized the solicitation of public bids for the above noted
project; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvements as shown on the plan
for the above -referenced project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:
Contractor Total Bid
Derau $529,400.00
Equity Builders & Construction Services, Inc. $987,500.00
WHEREAS, this bid is 71% above the Engineer's Estimate and project budget for said work.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota does herby reject all bids for the Roof Replacement at the Municipal Liquor
Stores and Public Works Facility
