RESOLUTION 25-059
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2025-03
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has enacted the above referenced
ordinance concerning the recodification of the City Code; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and
summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or chart; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the
public of the intent of Ordinance 2025-03; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following summary of Ordinance 2025-03
shall be published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

ORDINANCE 2025-03
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 154.179 OF THE CITY CODE PROVIDING
REGULATIONS RELATED TO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING REQUIREMENTS
The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony adopted Ordinance 2025-03 on September 9,
2025 amending Section 154.179 of the Saint Anthony City Code related to Electric Vehicle
Charging Requirements.
The full Ordinance is available for review at City Hall, Saint Anthony City Hall, 3301 Silver
Lake Road, Saint Anthony, MN 55418.
