RESOLUTION 25-060
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COMBINATION OF LOTS AND WAIVING THE
REQUIREMENTS FOR PLATTING
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel Nos. 06-029-23-32-0047 and 06-029-23-32-0048 are existing
adjoining lots of record in the City; and
WHEREAS, the owner seeks the ability to expand the existing single family structure, which
currently lies across the common property line; and
WHEREAS, the parcel is of such size and configuration, and the existing structure is located,
such that no alternative residential use can be made of the property under current
land use regulations or building code; and
WHEREAS, the common owner of both parcels desires to join the two parcels into a single lot
under a unified parcel identification number; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has the authority to approve the combination for administrative
and property records purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance provides for City Council approval of a waiver to
the otherwise required replatting process; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed waiver of process and combination are
consistent with the intent and requirements of the City's land use regulations;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota approves the lot combination and waives the requirements for
platting based on a finding that the proposed lot combination is consistent with
the requirements of Section §153.08 of the Saint Anthony City Code.
