RESOLUTION 25-075
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF THE COMMUNITY CENTER AND
COUNCIL CHAMBERS FOR A SPECIAL EVENT NOVEMBER 29, 2025
WHEREAS, Amanda Haluptzok, Saint Anthony Area Chamber of Commerce, has submitted a
Special Event Permit to use city property to host a Small Business Saturday event
on November 29, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the Council Chambers are to be reserved from November 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. to
November 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, event attendance is estimated to exceed 100; and
WHEREAS, amplified sound will be played; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the request and finds it to be acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota approves the request from Saint Anthony Area Chamber of Commerce to
reserve the Community Center and Council Chambers from 5:00 p.m. November 28, 2025 to
4:00 p.m. November 29, 2025 to hold a Small Business Saturday event.
