CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-078 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2026 APPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTING THE <br />CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted interviews for the 2026 appointments to the Planning <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recommended appointing Libby (Jacobson) Christu and Jeanette <br />Fleming to the Planning Commission beginning January 1, 2026 for a three-year <br />term; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with St. Anthony City Code §32.07, Planning Commission Bylaws, <br />the City Council recommends appointing Meridith Socha as Chair and Barbara <br />Anderson as Vice Chair for the Planning Commission for 2026. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota appoints Libby (Jacobson) Christu and Jeanette Fleming for 3-year terms and <br />Meredith Socha as Chair and Barbara Anderson as Vice Chair for the Planning Commission for <br />2026. <br />Approved this 9th day of December, 2025. <br />ATTEST:tAiA <br />Nicole DeDeyn, Cit Jerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wendy NGWter, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
