CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 25-079 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2026 APPOINTMENTS AND APPOINTING THE <br />CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR TO THE PARKS AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted interviews for the 2026 appointments to the Parks & <br />Environmental Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council recommended appointing Joanne Cady and Jill Carey to the <br />Parks and Environmental Commission beginning January 1, 2026 for a three-year <br />term; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with St. Anthony City Code §32.07, Parks and Environmental <br />Commission Bylaws, the City Council recommends appointing Natalie Warren <br />Synhaysky as Chair and Kristen Peterson as Vice Chair for the Parks and <br />Environmental Commission for 2026. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota appoints Joanne Cady and Jill Carey for 3-year terms and Natalie Warren <br />Synhaysky as Chair and Kristen Peterson as Vice Chair for the Parks and Environmental for <br />2026. <br />Approved this 9th day of December, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />Nicole DeDeyn,"VClerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Wendy 'ebster, Mayor <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
