RESOLUTION 25-084
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE FUND GRANT
AND SUBGRANT AGREEMENT FOR THE TIBYAN COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, on October 22, 2024, the City Council approved an amendment to the Kenzie
Terrace PUD Overlay District; and
WHEREAS, one of the conditions of the PUD amendment is to fulfill requirements determined
by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Response Action Plan; and
WHEREAS, the applicant applied for and was awarded funds from the Environmental
Response Fund in partnership with the City; and
WHEREAS, the City's role in accepting this grant is as a pass -through; and
WHEREAS, accepting the grant and subgrant agreement allows the applicant to fulfill the
requirements of the PUD amendment.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony
Village, Minnesota approves the acceptance of the Environmental Response Fund Grant and
Subgrant Agreement.
