RESOLUTION 25-087
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION FOR ORDINANCE 2025-07
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony has enacted the above referenced
ordinance concerning 2026 utility rates; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, section 412.191, subdivision 4 allows publication by title and
summary in the case of lengthy ordinances or those containing maps or chart; and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the following summary would clearly inform the
public of the intent of Ordinance 2025-07.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the following summary of Ordinance 2025-07
shall be published in the official paper in lieu of the entire ordinance.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 33 RELATING
TO SEWER CHARGE RATES, WATER RATES, AND STORM WATER FACILITIES
CHARGES
The City Council of the City of Saint Anthony adopted Ordinance 2025-07 on December 9, 2025
amending multiple sections of Chapter 33 of the Saint Anthony City Code to reflect updated
2026 utility rates.

Lake Road, Saint Anthony, MN 55418.
