CITY OF SAINT ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 26-023 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF FLOORING FOR SAINT <br />ANTHONY VILLAGE WINE & SPIRITS STORES <br />WHEREAS, as part of the Saint Anthony Village Wine & Spirits branding updates, which <br />include renovating both locations in addition to adding a cannabis retail at <br />Marketplace, both stores require new flooring; and <br />WHEREAS, staff has received quotes from three vendors to replace the flooring at both the <br />Marketplace and Silver Lake Village stores; and <br />WHEREAS, Carpet One is the apparent low bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending contracting with Carpet One in the amount of $73,497.80. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of City of Saint Anthony <br />Village, Minnesota authorizes staff to contract with Carpet One for new flooring at Saint <br />Anthony Village Wine & Spirits Marketplace and Silver Lake Village stores in the amount of <br />$73,497.80. <br />Approved this 24th day of March, 2026. <br />till' <br />Wendy ebster, Mayor <br />ATTEST: L <br />Nicole DeDeyn, CoClerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Charlie Yunker, City Manager <br />
